IOSH Directing Safely Course

IOSH Managing Safely Courses are available as in-house or closed courses at your premises or a location of your choice. Alternatively as an open course at one of our training venues.

The Institute of Occupational Safety and Health Directing Safely Course is designed for directors and senior managers. It provides delegates with an understanding of the moral, legal and business case for proactive health & safety management and gives guidance on effective risk management.

The course duration is 1 day however delegates will need to complete an assessment/project in order to pass the course and be awarded a certificate.

This course is not designed for a specific industry thus making it ideal for either a director or anyone who is looking to move into a senior managerial role.

This course is delivered around the content framework below, yet allows time to discuss scenarios and challenges that are relevant to your business.
